Nuclear threats coming from Russia continue

I see that Russia continues to threaten nuclear attack. A Russian general asking a military doctrine that allows a preventive nuclear strike against NATO. Russia wants to identify the United States and its NATO allies as enemies. But no one in Russia, nor in the world, it says that a nuclear attack could mean the destruction of the planet. This must be stopped at all costs. That means that Russia will be destroyed, that's all just on this planet. That means the Russians, including those that trigger the attack, will die. Wake up people!
